1、皮殼機(jī)一般采用飛達(dá)自動送紙結(jié)構(gòu)，整體動作機(jī)械式控制，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單合理。
2、推紙平臺與走紙平臺的寬度調(diào)整采用中心同心調(diào)整，操作簡單無誤差。
3、紙板送料臺采用線性導(dǎo)軌，準(zhǔn)確無誤。
4、紙板送料有堵紙板自動停機(jī)裝置，減少好產(chǎn)品的廢品率。
5、輸送帶采用大功率吸風(fēng)機(jī)，使紙張輸送更加平穩(wěn)準(zhǔn)確。
6、紙張的輸送定位系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口高精度光電控制，使紙張與紙板間的定位更加精確可靠。
7、后置的全自動和半自動四邊拆邊機(jī)采用獨(dú)特的自動壓角、壓邊結(jié)構(gòu)，保證了成品的合格率。
8、收料平臺采用臺式堆疊輸送放料，收料更方便。
